Since ARF started providing low cost Spay/Neuter Cliics (BSNAP) our cats and dogs have been competing to see who could raise the most money to hep community animals. They have tied for 2 years!! After some "ruff" negotiaions, the cats and dogs have decided that this year the winners will be declared Champions of Spay/Neuter. This is for all the GLORY!!
