Attention all pet lovers! Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) of Bartlesville will be hosting this annual fun event on Friday, November 30 from 6:00pm – 9pm, upstairs at Hopestone Cancer Support Center of Bartlesville. The event will be chaired by one of ARF’s rescues (now adopted) Kristopherson, who will make a special appearance. This tiny 2-pound dog was rescued from being abandoned in a trailer in the middle of a very hot Oklahoma summer with no food or water. ARF was contacted and he was placed into foster care with an ARF volunteer who immediately fell in love and adopted him shortly after. The public is invited to join ARF to celebrate the season and support this non-profit organization to help more animals in need just like Kristopherson. The evening will start with Yappy Hour (cash bar) with a variety of appetizers followed by dinner and dessert - all catered by Weeze's Cafe, a special video presentation and a live auction hosted by Roger Skelly. A wine/beer pull will be available along with a silent auction. A variety of items for the auctions have been collected from individuals and local businesses over the past year. All proceeds from this event will be used to support ARF’s mission to help animals in need. Tickets are $60 and can be purchased at Eventbrite or call ARF at 918-766-0991.
